- Design and Creation:
- a. Every effort will be made to create the customized terracotta and silk thread jewellery as per your specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
- b. The design and creation process may take some time, depending on the complexity of the requested design. An estimated timeline will be provided to you upon order confirmation.
- Shipping and Delivery:
We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of order confirmation. The standard shipping timeline is 8 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location and the complexity of the customization.
